Pricing

Three numbers, and that is the whole bill.

One cost to get an agent built. Then a flat monthly fee for the agent, and a monthly fee for each person it works for. No metering, no hourly billing, nothing that moves because you had a busy week.

These three add up. Nobody picks one.

One time

Buildout

$2,000

once, per agent

What it costs to get an agent built and working. Charged once, when the agent is built for you.

  • We sit down and work out the job in detail
  • We write the playbook with you and connect the one system it needs
  • Weeks of watching what it drafts, and correcting it, until it is right

Every month

Agent

$400

per agent, per month

The agent itself, running every day. Flat. A busy week costs the same as a quiet one.

  • No metering, no per-message charge, no bill that jumps
  • Every run recorded, and one click pauses everything
  • Tuning and fixes as your work changes

Every month

Person

$100

per person, per month

One for each person the agent works for. Every agent needs at least one, so $400 and $100 is the smallest an agent gets.

  • It works as that person, in the systems they already use
  • Their own memory, schedule and settings
  • Logins are free. You pay for people it works for, not seats

What that adds up to

Three real bills.

  • One agent, one person

The owner sets the account up and holds the card. Their Controller is the person the agent runs for.

    $500 / month

    $400 agent + $100 person

    plus $2,000 once

  • One agent, four people

The same agent, working for a four-person sales team. One playbook, four people it runs for.

    $800 / month

    $400 agent + $400 people

    plus $2,000 once

  • Two agents, one person each

A second agent doing a different job. The buildout is charged again, because it is a second agent to build.

    $1,000 / month

    $800 agents + $200 people

    plus $4,000 once

The things people ask next.

Every agent needs at least one person.

There is no agent that works for nobody. One agent, one person, is $500 a month, and nothing is smaller than that.

Nothing is metered.

No per-message charge and no counter to watch. You should be hoping it does more work, not less.

Cancel any time, with no notice.

Service runs to the end of the month you have paid for. We would rather keep you for five years than trap you for one.

A login costs nothing.

The $100 follows a person an agent actually works for. Anybody else on your account can sign in and look for free.

How careful you set it to be does not change the price.

An agent costs the same whether it only drafts work for you to read or finishes the routine parts itself.

There is a fair use ceiling per agent.

Going well past it is a conversation about a bigger agent, never a surprise invoice.

These are the standard prices.

Anything we agree with you is written into your account, and your account always shows what you actually pay. Prices can change with 30 days notice.

Worth it, or we will tell you it is not.

Pick one job that repeats. Add up what it costs you in a week, what the mistakes cost, and what your good people would do with that time back. If it does not obviously clear the numbers above, that job is not worth handing over, and we would rather say so.
