Welcome to Bynge, an app developed by Fluid LLC. By accessing or using the Bynge app, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully, as they govern your use of the app. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Bynge.

1. Use of the App

Bynge is a platform that allows you to track what you watch across streaming services, mark shows you are interested in, track your progress, and share your watchlist with friends. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Bynge at any time, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these terms will immediately cease, and you must stop using the app.

Bynge is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or available at all times. In no event will Fluid LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of Bynge.
